I loved this episode! Particularly the tip about cleaning one room really thoroughly and only that one room. Made such sense, the whole house can feel too much so one doesn't bother, but one room and you get the satisfaction of looking at a job well done after. I was listening in the car and it was a Eureka! moment. Also, the Disney thing, I think it's pretty common in fairytales and books, and I like to think the reason is we are so indispensable that to get immediate sympathy for our hero/heroine the Mum is bumped off and the whole audience is wanting to mother the lead character.
